Our Managing Director

WAAF believes each student to be an individual with recognizable attributes that can be polished and shortcomings that can be overcome. This mission has been derived
through the founder and owner of WAAF design, Mrs. Prerna Behal, who through her own experience in the creative field has planted the seeds of knowledge and understanding into the minds and hearts of her students.

The mentor behind this highly credited educational community, MrsPrernaBehal, is an artist credited with Masters of Fine Arts (gold medalist), B.ed. Her works have adorned the halls of many exhibitions, including several solo one-woman shows such as at Tharkur Singh art gallery Amritsar, Lalit Kala Academy New Delhi, Induslnd Bank Chandigarh, inside/outside Chandigarh etc., where she was greeted with astonishment and praise. She began with her teaching career in 2004 as a PGT in fine arts at Sacred heart Sen. Sec. School, Ludhiana, Punjab. During this point of her career, she was also glorified and certified by the Hon’ble Smriti Zubin
Irani, for the extraordinary performance of her students, which was achieved through Mrs. Prerna’s support, dedication, and commitment towards them.

Additionally, she has been giving lessons for nationally & internationally
acclaimed institutes of architecture, fashion, art and design colleges since ten years, and given her shinning reviews and acceptance rate in NIFT, NATA, and numerous other colleges and entrance exams, she has not looked back ever since.

A connoisseur with a zeal for her work, she is recognized by her students with respect and reverence. A master of many mediums, her professionalism is depicted by her students as they imbibe her out of the box thinking, giving wings to the originality to their imaginations, and enhancing their drawings abilities, helping them realize their potential and succor them to perform par excellence.

Her positive personnel is a source of warmth and an inspiration for her
students. Unlike any other institution where there is a hierarchy of professors, she is a one – woman army for any guidance with a sole motivation of creating a foundation for a lifetime.
